Leading Baltic energy and environmental consultancy Nomine Consult joins Elomatic
The consulting and engineering company Elomatic has expanded its service portfolio by acquiring Nomine Consult, a highly esteemed expert in energy and environmental consulting. With this acquisition, Elomatic strengthens its ability to comprehensively advance the green transition in the industrial and energy sectors, especially in the Baltic region.
Elomatic has acquired the entire shareholding of Nomine Consult. The acquisition enhances Elomatic’s diverse international expertise, particularly in energy and environmental consulting. Nomine Consult has offices in Estonia and Lithuania and it operates across the Baltic countries and the Nordic region.
Nomine Consult provides consulting, project management, and owner’s engineering services throughout the development and implementation phases of energy and industry projects, offering an excellent complement to Elomatic’s profound engineering and consulting expertise. The acquisition continues Elomatic’s efforts to further strengthen its technical consulting capabilities following the previous acquisition of Elron Oy in 2023. Elron specializes in financial advisory services, transactions, project development, and corporate strategy services.
With this latest acquisition, Elomatic reinforces its position as a provider of innovative and sustainable energy and industry solutions, becoming a significant player in the Nordic and Baltic energy, industrial, and environmental sectors. Elomatic is now well positioned to provide comprehensive services across the entire life cycle of energy and industry projects.
