Animation production

Display your products easily and effortlessly – like presenting them in person. With 3D animations you can highlight the most important features while enjoying the ease and convenience of digital format.

With 3D animations, you can illustrate how your products or concepts work, project has been designed to be implemented, devices are operated or your maintenance training is carried out in an easy and visual manner. Animations also help you to display aspects that shot videos cannot show, such as unconstructed plants, things happening inside the products or fluid dynamics.

We have created hundreds of animations for our customers. We have extensive experience in the creation of commercial concept animations as well as technical product training animation. Our technical competence allows us to carry out animation projects without the need for constant quality assurance on your part, while also always paying close attention to your wishes. This way, the projects will be light for you without needing to compromise on the quality of the end product.

Our animation production is part of a digital pipeline we use to effectively produce images, animations and applications from one source. Illustrative 3D animations are thus created cost-effectively and quickly alongside other material.

Maintenance and training animations

Demonstrate challenging maintenance tasks clearly and train your device users effectively with animations. They are easy to use and easy to share on different platforms.

Clear and informative 3D animations that progress step by step make for excellent training material. A well-constructed animation is easy to follow independently, and videos are a familiar medium to most end-users.

The object of a maintenance animation can be a part of a device, the entire device or various parts of a more extensive process. You can complement the contents of the training at a later time by using the animations in VR training, which can be reviewed immersively using VR technology.

  • Animations allow simplifying complex processes, which makes the operating principles easier to understand
  • Detailed animations are suitable for training in contexts that require precision, such as the function or maintenance of a device
  • Using our Digital Pipeline process, the animations can be effectively converted into immersive VR training materials or educational images in a slide show

Process animations

With the help of process animations, you can demonstrate how the factory or process works – in either a simplified or a more detailed manner.

Todays’ production facilities include complex processes, and it is important to provide new employees with sufficient orientation regarding them. Process animations allow them to quickly learn the processes via animated videos of various levels of detail.

Process animations can also be used to support sales and marketing for customers to better understand the operations of the facility.

  • Animations simplify complex processes, so the operating principles easier to understand
  • Actions that occur rapidly can be slowed down and presented in detail in animation
  • Our Digital Pipeline process allows using animations for creating training images for presentations and VR environments for training purposes

360 animations

With 360 animations, you can present your facilities or processes interactively. The content can be created by filming in 360 degrees, using 3D models or a combination of these.

360 animations are interactive videos in which the viewer can rotate the viewing angle in any direction they wish and see the entire space around the camera. This opens up a completely new way of presenting premises and telling a story.

360 animations also enable us to build interactive layers into the story. A created 3D environment can be animated, and items such as text and videos can be added. This will transform 360 animations into an experience like a website in which the user can move and learn independently. The difference from websites is the spatial experience, which allows the visitor to independently explore and understand your message – also making it more memorable.

We can create 360 animations by filming a video, using 3D modeling or combining these two techniques.

  • 360 animations are easy to publish and share for the purposes of remote training sessions
  • The same material can also be converted into educational virtual environments later, using our Digital Pipeline process

Digital Pipeline

Our digital production chain allows us to produce 3D content even more cost-effectively than before. We can provide you with a superior service package to support your operations.

Animations, 3D images, 3D applications, and XR solutions can all utilize the same 3D content. That is why we only need to optimize your 3D design materials once. The process progresses in stages, starting with an optimized non-visual 3D model.

The lightened technical content, implemented in design colors, can be used on mobile devices by employees in the field without the need for expensive design licenses. In case of problems, 3D material is a great way of building consensus between management and employees.

Visualizing the design material creates the basis for building both 3D images and animated content. We produce high-quality visual content, which can be used for training, sales and marketing purposes.

We can also create specific interactive tools on top of the visual content. Examples of projects we have carried out include the Virtual FactoryMill VR training and the Sixth Sense AR application for communication during installation.

  • Efficient production pipeline from your design material to a variety of different end products
  • 3D images, animations and interactive applications using the same material
  • Publication on various platforms: web, mobile, VR and desktop
  • An essential part to your future Digital Twin solution
