Elomatic’s business purpose is to design solutions that increase the well-being of people and the environment. Our work aims to create meaningful and lasting impact. With decades of experience, we are a strong partner in scaling innovative and sustainable solutions. We also invest in developing new industry innovations in-house.
We actively contribute to the development of our sector – for example, by collaborating with educational institutions and participating in discussions related to the development of local communities. Our personnel are involved in professional associations and advisory boards of local universities of applied sciences.
Elomatic is a member of FIBS, the largest corporate responsibility network in the Nordics. As a member of SKOL, the Association of Finnish Consulting Firms, we are committed to adhering to FIDIC’s Code of Ethics in all our operations.

Our most significant sustainability impacts are realized in the projects we deliver for our customers. When assessing these impacts, we take into account the full life cycle, covering the entire value chain.
We continuously develop our operations
We are committed to continuously improving the expertise of our people and our internal processes. While our main sustainability impact stems from customer projects, we also pay close attention to reducing our own carbon footprint.

We want our people to feel well and heard. We actively promote equality and inclusion and support diversity in our work community through various actions.
Code of Conduct and Whistleblower channel
Our Code of Conduct, which we expect all our partners to comply with, outlines our values and principles regarding, for example, anti-corruption, political neutrality, and fair business practices. We expect the same standards from our collaborators.
Through our Whistleblower channel, Elomatic employees and stakeholders can report suspected misconduct or unethical behavior.
