We have long and broad experience in process engineering risk analyses and the use of various risk analysis methods. We offer a wide range of expertise in various risk analysis methods, facilitate complex and demanding risk analysis events, and prepare related plans and reports.
We design for explosive atmospheres together with our plant design team. We create space classifications, explosion protection documents, and equipment selections suitable for the spaces and processes together with the design team. We also define procurement specifications and inspect procurements.
Our competencies also cover pressure equipment, explosion protection, and plans for safe handling, as well as work environment protection. With our calculation expertise, we can analyze various scenarios and produce dispersion models for use by authorities. Flow calculations are used to determine, for example, how harmful gases spread and the size of the safety zone.
Chemical production processes
