My journey in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry began more than 26 years ago, and it has been a deeply rewarding experience built on learning, growth, and collaboration. Before joining Elomatic, I worked with several global leaders specializing in advanced fermentation, filtration, and chromatography systems. Those early years gave me a strong technical foundation and a deep respect for precision, innovation, and client relationships.
What drew me to Elomatic over 14 years ago was the opportunity to go beyond equipment and be part of something larger, designing and delivering critical pharmaceutical and biotech facilities. I wanted to help clients navigate complex challenges in facility design, compliance, and efficiency. That decision marked a turning point in my career, opening a new chapter that has allowed me to combine technical understanding with strategic thinking.

Growing Through Vision and Teamwork
Since joining the company as Business Development Manager, my journey has taken me through the roles of General Manager and now Vice President. It has been a path of steady growth, shaped by teamwork, perseverance, and a shared vision. We’ve built our success step by step, and even when faced with challenges, I’ve always believed that every obstacle is an opportunity to learn and strengthen collaboration.
Today, as Vice President of Business Development at Elomatic India, my role is both strategic and hands-on. Each day begins with reviewing proposals and project plans, ensuring that our solutions meet both client expectations and Elomatic’s high standards. I spend much of my time engaging with clients, discussing technical solutions, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring that communication flows seamlessly between our teams. No two projects are ever alike, and that’s what keeps this work so dynamic. Our mission is to translate our clients’ challenges into well-engineered, sustainable solutions that drive their success.
