We are an experienced design partner in clean energy investment projects. Through us, you can receive services from project development to design, project management and commissioning. We implement projects for both energy companies and industry.
Our core areas of expertise are heat production plants, heat storage and distribution. We also implement dozens of energy efficiency projects each year. Together with our subsidiary Elron, we offer project financing and development services.

Development and implementation of energy investments
We can manage all stages of your investment project, from initial preliminary studies to project implementation and commissioning.
Together with our subsidiary Elron, our project development services include various feasibility studies, concept and preliminary design services, financial modeling and financing applications. We also provide environmental consulting services, together with our subsidiary Nomine Consult.
As the project progresses, we develop the selected concept in collaboration with design teams and experts. Through us, you will receive experienced project management and all key design services from process, plant, construction, layout and HVAC design to SIA design. We have implemented numerous energy projects as a EPCM partner.

Energy production and storage
We promote carbon-neutral energy production by designing solutions for the production and storage of emission-free energy. Our expertise includes electric boilers, waste heat recovery, thermal batteries, biofuel plants, wind and solar power, the hydrogen economy and nuclear power.
In energy production investment projects, we are recognized as an experienced partner among both energy companies and industrial customers. With our long history, we are familiar with the specific features, regulations and standards of the industry. We manage the implementation of projects from the project development stage to commissioning.
In addition to energy production and waste heat recovery, our expertise also covers thermal storage, which is a key part of modern energy production. These solutions enable more efficient, flexible and environmentally friendly heat production. Especially in combination with an electric boiler, thermal storage improves the cost-effectiveness of energy production and supports the transition towards a fossil-free future.
District heating
We have extensive experience in energy networks and energy distribution, both in district heating and district cooling. Through us, you can get comprehensive services for district heating network simulations, design and construction.
We have special competence in district heating network simulations, which provide the basis for future investment projects. In these simulations, the district heating network is modeled and the network status determined. Based on the analysis, future investments in heat production or network changes can be planned and their effects on the district heating network analyzed.
In addition to simulations, design and construction, we offer services for geospatial data management, network documentation, preparing long-term plans, and various technical and economic studies. We also perform custom water flow and power reviews, as well as tariff reviews.
In addition to district heating and cooling, our competence also covers steam and gas networks.
Energy efficiency audits
Our energy efficiency audits help you improve energy efficiency and reliability of energy use, as well as promote the transition from fossil energy to cleaner alternatives.
We can conduct an energy audit at the level of the entire facility or by focusing on a subset of the system you have defined, such as a utility system or a single production line. As part of the audit, we also consider production efficiency and maintenance in your production facility environment.
A key part of our audit work is field measurements, where we collect information to determine efficiency measures. By analyzing field measurement data together with data from the facility’s automation systems and information provided by personnel interviews, we are able to determine the most suitable efficiency measures for each site.
After the audit, we are happy to participate in implementing the proposed measures in practice: from more detailed planning and equipment procurement to commissioning.
Hydrogen economy
We design and implement Power-to-X solutions that promote the production and use of emission-free energy, both on land and at sea.
We implement projects and support project developers throughout the hydrogen economy value chain. We are currently planning Finland’s first green ammonia production plant in Naantali, which gives us world-class expertise in the production and technology of green hydrogen and its downstream products.
We can help you in all areas of the hydrogen economy: we know the production, distribution and use of hydrogen, as well as the needs of the shipping industry thanks to our maritime industry expertise. We also provide consultation and design services for hydrogen safety.
