Structural Analysis

Ensure structural integrity and optimize your designs with our comprehensive FE-analysis services. We accelerate your design and development process while eliminating costly over-engineering.

Verifying structural integrity early in your design project helps you avoid expensive and potentially dangerous mistakes later in development. Structural analysis can eliminate the need for physical prototypes entirely, saving both time and resources.

As a widely recognized partner for demanding analysis projects, we bring decades of cross-industry experience. Our expertise spans energy, process, marine, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing sectors, with a team of over 50 structural analysis professionals.

We’ve completed thousands of structural analysis projects including vibration, fatigue, and thermal analyses, as well as nonlinear and time-dependent simulations based on international standards. Our work is supported by industry-leading software including Abaqus, Ansys, Nastran, Radioss, Optistruct, MotionSolve, and Hypermesh. For steel structures and pressure equipment, we utilize Robot, Tekla, Rohr2, and VVD.

A clear, actionable report is made for every project on acceptable structural loads, complete with recommendations for optimization. We apply both numerical methods (FEM analysis) and analytical approaches as required by your specific needs.
