Elomatic publishes its first sustainability report
Elomatic has published its first sustainability report for 2025. The report tells customers, employees and other stakeholders what impacts Elomatic’s operations have on the environment and people, and how the company develops its sustainability.
Elomatic prepared the report in accordance with VSME, a voluntary sustainability reporting standard for small and medium-sized enterprises. The report covers Elomatic Oy and its subsidiaries, excluding Cadmatic, which publishes its own sustainability report. This first publication also lays the foundation for future reporting.
The year 2025 was significant for Elomatic from a sustainability perspective. The company began to manage its sustainability work more systematically, and each key sustainability focus area was assigned an owner from top management.
In April 2025, Elomatic acquired Nomine Consult, a Baltic energy and environmental consultancy. With the acquisition, Elomatic can better support its customers on the environmental and regulatory issues of their projects. In May, Elomatic published its renewed Code of Conduct, which also applies to Elomatic’s partners.
“We wanted to take an honest look at where we are now and where we want to go. The purpose of our business is to create sustainable solutions together with our customers, and the report is a tool for continuous improvement for us,” says Tom Lind, CEO of Elomatic.
