Every company has its own culture, and it cannot simply be copied from one organization to another. In December 2023, we invited our personnel to propose a name for Elomatic’s culture: one that reflects our values and the way we treat each other with respect, equality, kindness, and mutual support. The winning name was EloWe.

Strengthening the EloWe culture is a cornerstone of our strategy and one of the battles we are determined to win. We believe that workplace culture can – and must – be actively led, as it guides everything we do from customer interactions to recruitment and everyday communication.
We are committed to developing leadership skills and enhancing psychological safety throughout the organization. Feedback from employee surveys plays a key role in this development.
