Guidelines and solutions for product development
We conducted a study where we gathered information, solutions and guidelines for the development of a handle for a central vacuum cleaner. We clarified, among others, user requirements and the significance and superiority of handle features in different use contexts. The diverse study surveyed this consumer product’s user experience and the requirements of new features.
