We have a long tradition of cooperation with universities and technical colleges and institutes. Every year we provide selected students with internship opportunities during their summer holidays.

This is a valuable opportunity to gain experience in working life and to showcase your abilities. We make sure that you are allocated demanding and stimulating tasks that provide you with the work experience you require and to set you on the path for a possible career at Elomatic.

Trainee program

Are you a student or recent graduate in the technical field? Apply to Elomatic as a summer intern and join our Trainee program! 

The program includes a paid internship during the summer season. The duration may vary flexibly from 3 to 6 months according to your studies and the needs of the recruiting unit. In addition to versatile work assignments we offer coaching on project management and skills needed in working life to support your professional development!

We hire trainees to all our offices: Turku, Jyväskylä, Espoo, Tampere ja Oulu.

What we offer You?

With us, you will get hands-on experience working on interesting customer projects. We design solutions that increase the wellbeing of people and the environment, so your work is genuinely meaningful. We offer you the opportunity to use design tools, develop your expertise and get to know our company. In the program's joint training events, you will network with other interns and learn skills that are useful in your future career path.

It is important to us that you feel good and enjoy your work. As a trainee, you get versatile employee benefits, which include e.g. support for sports and cultural activities. Hybrid work and flexible working hours help you to balance work and other aspects of your life.

You will not be left alone in your work. Each trainee is assigned a personal mentor to support their work and learning throughout the program. Of course, you will also be backed up by the rest of Elomatic's work community - we enjoy sparring and helping each other!

The trainee program is especially aimed for those in the final stage of their studies in various technical fields as well as recent graduates. You will be a great fit for us if you are a team player and have an proactive and development oriented approach to work.
