Elomatic's customer relationship management has diversified
with the taking into use of a new CRM system. The renewal of
the CRM system started in the Spring and has progressed to the
pilot implementation phase. It has been in use by the pilot
group since November. In January it's use will be expanded
when it will be taken into use by all sales and marketing
process related personnel.
With
the help of the new tool customer information can be managed
more efficiently and the planning and implementation of
different sales related activities has been eased. The system
also ensures that all employees, regardless of location, have
the latest and updated customer information at their
disposal. The
new tool is comprised of different modules with the most
important being sales, marketing and task management. Daily
sales and marketing tasks and development projects can be
created and managed easily with the system.
