Industrial Measurements

Elomatic offers a wide range of industrial measurement services either as stand-alone services or as part of our engineering and consulting projects. Our experts have the latest technology and equipment at their disposal to ensure that we deliver the best results possible.

Tachymeter Measurements

Big and demanding objects are measured by laser scanning, but in more simple cases tachymeter measuring of single measurement points as 3D measurements is sufficient. The method is used to measure simple objects, buildings, yards, terrain mapping or as aid in construction supervision.

High Speed Photographing

High Speed Photographing

Water removal analysis with high speed camera of paper machine doctor blade

Remote-controlled high speed cameras can take up to 168 000 images per second. The camera can be used to created detailed images of the steps in rapid motion actions or in creating slow motion videos. The method can be utilized for example in product development projects, fault searching or when working out adjustment parameters. Photographing can be started by an external marker signal.

Optic Vibration Measurements

We measure vibrations of mechanical objects with an optic measuring device. The procedure allows the taking of non-contact measurements up to 100 000 Hz. The method helps to identify problem areas and optimize products or controlling quality.

Flow Measurements

Ultrasonic flow measurement is method used to measure the velocity and temperature of liquids that flow in pipes. It is not required to discharge or empty the pipes for ultrasonic measurements to be taken.

The instrument used is well-suited for measuring and monitoring liquids, plastisols, mud and chemicals. The measurement technique is ideal for locating and solving problems in existing environments, for example functioning and improving studies of process devices.
