Strategic Production Development

We are able to support our customers’ production by creating production development strategies for them. The strategy describes how to meet manufacturing targets and how to apply methods (such as Lean, SMED, 5S etc.) and technology to your particular case in the best possible way. Material flows and layouts are defined with a shop floor control principle. A roadmap for longer term and short term project plans is created along with an investment schedule. Tools such as Value Stream Mapping and production simulation are used during this interactive process. Elomatic can provide support during the implementation and engineering tasks as well.

3D simulations or animations can be used to examine and present new production ideas to wider audience.
